INTERPOL Operation Ramz successfully disrupted Sniper Dz, a decade-long phishing-as-a-service platform that had collected over 45,000 victim records.

• •Operation Ramz (October 2025 - February 2026) resulted in 201 arrests by authorities from 13 MENA countries, including the arrest of Guedz, the platform's primary developer and administrator by Algerian National Police
• •Platform had rebranded itself as Joker Dz, Storm Dz, and Spam Dz over its operation since 2015, with more than 20,000 unique domains identified
• •Sniper Dz targeted 30 major organizations including PayPal, Facebook, Instagram, Yahoo, Netflix, and Steam using 80 phishing templates deployed in Arabic, English, French, Spanish, and Hebrew
