Improved streaming runtime logs exports

Vercel has improved its runtime logs export feature with streaming downloads and new filtering options.

• •Exports now stream directly to the browser, allowing downloads to start immediately without waiting for large files to buffer
• •Users can continue using the Vercel dashboard while the export runs in the background
• •Two new export options: export exactly what's on screen, or all requests matching the current search
• •All plans can export up to 10,000 requests per export; Observability Plus subscribers can export up to 100,000 requests
• •Exported log data is now indexed by request for consistency with the Runtime Logs dashboard interface
